With EasiDrive portable valve actuator you operate any type of valve within minutes. The EasiDrive torque tools are lightweight and can easily be carried into the field. They can be operated with minimum effort, allowing you to maximise your efficiency on site.

With the EasiDrive system in place, you can open and close any type of multi-turn valve with ease and speed, even taking the pain out of operating tight or partially-seized valves.

EasiDrive doesn’t need a dedicated power supply or to be connected to your plant automation system, meaning it’s a very cost-effective alternative to multiple stand-alone actuators.

When using the EasiDrive portable valve operator, you are protected from any potential reaction force.

Any feedback is fully absorbed through its bespoke reaction kit, which reduces the risk of back strain and muscle damage.

Also, by eliminating the high levels of physical exhaustion suffered by operating high-torque or high-rotation valves, general fatigue is limited, allowing you to maintain higher levels of concentration in your work.

EasiDrive torque tool models

After installing the custom-designed mounting and reaction kits, you can operate the valves with a selected series of professional torque tools from RAD Torque Systems.

These tools allow the operator to adjust the torque setting manually and are available in pneumatic, electric and battery operated versions.

Pneumatic model

The pneumatic torque tool is connected to a Filter Regulator Lubrication (FRL) Pack and operated by the compressed air system at your plant.

Electric model

The electric valve opener torque tool is supplied as a 120V AC or 220V AC unit (50/60Hz). Using the display on the tool, you can select the required output torque.

Battery model

The battery-operated torque tool kit is supplied with two Lithium-Ion batteries and a weatherproof transport and storage case as standard.
